Sandra has been designing and implementing marketing initiatives for over 25 years, and has extensive experience in strategic and tactical planning and implementation, customer and channel marketing, lead and revenue generation, forecasting and ROI analyses and resource management.

Before forming Plan B Solutions in 2007, Ms Keen ran Marketing for Point Grey Research, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of IEEE-1394 industrial digital cameras. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Marketing with GaleForce Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in CRM solutions for the financial services industry.

   

Between 1997 and 2004, Sandra held several senior positions with Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects), leading teams responsible for B2B, B2C, and channel marketing. Her most recent position was Director of International Marketing where she provided strategic marketing counsel to Crystal Decisions EMEA and Asia Pacific offices. During her support of the AsiaPac market, revenue in that region grew over 40 percent per year, and Crystal Decisions was named one of the fastest growing business intelligence software companies in the world.

 

Ms Keen also worked for Nortel where she was responsible for marketing the telecommunication giant’s enterprise communications solutions. She has also held several "agency side" positions with communications firms in Vancouver, Canada. Ms. Keen has a B.A. from the University of British Columbia, is a Marketing Program graduate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and has completed executive-level courses from leading education institutions including Queen’s School of Business, Northwestern/Kellogg School of Management and Dartmouth/Smith-Tuck School of Business.
